Netbanking & Payment Journeys
Settlement, reconciliation and reporting, plus the redirection screens a customer passes through between a merchant and their bank. Completion went from about 68% to 79%.
I'm a UX designer working on netbanking, payments and banking operations at a payments platform. Close to three years in, across seven platform initiatives and nine bank integration variants.
Netbanking settlement and reconciliation, the redirection flows customers pass through between a merchant and their bank, recurring mandates, wallets, and the design system that holds it all together from one bank to the next.
Most of the job is turning manual, spreadsheet-driven back-office work into consoles an operations team can actually run, and packaging complex flows into SDKs other teams can drop in and re-skin. Redesign work across those payment journeys took completion from about 68% to 79%.

UX Designer (Individual Contributor) · a payments platform
End-to-end workflows and system-level UX decisions across banking-operations products: netbanking settlement and reconciliation, the operator console behind an interoperable rail, recurring mandates across 50+ partner organizations, and the design language system that keeps five products consistent. Also built the AI theming pipeline that retired a slow, error-prone manual rebrand.
