Driving measurable clarity into payment operations through design.

I focus on the unglamorous core of payments. That means turning manual, spreadsheet-driven back-office operations into auditable, automated consoles, and packaging complex flows into SDKs other teams can drop in and re-skin.

My work spans a payments platform's stack: admin and dashboard systems, stored-value wallets, bill-pay, open commerce integrations, and recurring mandates, shipped to production and whitelabelled across partner organizations.

Turning back-office complexity into systems teams can actually operate.

Admin & Dashboard Systems

Operator consoles for an interoperable admin rail — maker-checker approvals, merchant configuration, settlement recon and user access management. Two clients live in production.

Wallet & SDK Design

A stored-value wallet SDK plus its admin portal, packaged so partner teams can drop it in and re-skin it. Whitelabelled for a transit operator and a logistics partner.

Design Systems & Whitelabel Theming

Token-driven theming and a component-by-component catalog audit. A Claude Code and Python pipeline turns one brand HEX into a fully themed partner — 29 themed so far.

Open Commerce & Recurring Mandates

Buyer-app flows for partner organizations joining an open commerce network, and recurring-mandate management pulled into one dashboard across 50+ partner organizations.
