UX designer on netbanking and payments: settlement and reconciliation, the redirection flows customers pay through, recurring mandates, wallets, and the design system behind them. - Admin & Dashboard Designs. Designed the operator console for an interoperable admin rail; 2 clients live in production.
- Wallet Solution. Shipped a stored-value wallet SDK plus admin portal, whitelabelled for a transit operator and a logistics partner.
- Bill-Pay Portal Refresh. Refreshed the bill-pay SSO portal live across 30–50 partner organizations; contributed DLS micro-illustrations.
- In-App Travel Booking. Designed an in-app flight-booking buyer flow for partner organizations joining an open commerce network as buyer apps.
- Recurring Payments Hub. Redesigned recurring-mandate management into one dashboard, live across 50+ partner organizations.
- Whitelabel Theming, Automated. Built a Claude Code + Python pipeline turning one brand HEX into a fully themed partner; 29 partners themed so far.
- KYC Tokenization. Internal hackathon project: a reusable, consent-gated identity token (TrustKYC).
- DLS Component Catalog. Ongoing component-by-component design system audit, pulled from Figma into a reference catalog.
- Wealth. A bonds investing app for a new product line the company is taking to pitch: onboarding, discovery, order flow, portfolio and SIPs, prototyped end to end across 20+ screens.
